2 pcs pork steak
1 cup barbecue marinade mix (i use mama sita’s)
1 bowl of lettuce, sliced
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
2 tbsp white vinegar
1. marinate the pork steak in a sealed container for at least 30 minutes.
2. grill (or fry) the pork steak and then cut into strips. set aside. (i want my pork well done so i poke it with a fork to make sure it is cooked.)
3. in a separate container, mix the vinegar with salt and pepper to taste. set aside.
4. in a bowl, mix the lettuce and tomatoes. add the vinegar mixture. toss and then top with the pork strips.
